SECTION 660:20-3-4. Renewal procedures

  Upon the expiration of an effective registration the Administrator may renew the registration for an additional period of one (1) year provided the registrant is in compliance with the Land Sales Act, has filed all reports required by the Administrator, including periodic and supplemental updates and reports, has paid all proper costs of examinations of the subdivider conducted by the Administrator or his representatives, pays an annual renewal fee and renewal is requested by a letter signed by the registrant. The annual renewal fee shall be Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) plus ten dollars ($10.00) for each 100 lots or fraction thereof previously registered remaining to be offered in the state of Oklahoma at renewal.
