SECTION 725:1-1-4. General provisions for meetings of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission

- (a) All meetings of the Commission will be held and conducted in accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S., Sections 301 through 304.(b) The chairman of the Commission may call special or emergency meetings.(c) Special or emergency meetings may be called at the written request of a majority of the Commission.(d) A quorum of the members of the Commission must be present to transact any business.(e) An affirmative vote from a majority of the members present is required to adopt or approve motion by the Commission.(f) Members of the general public may be granted the opportunity to make public comment at meetings of the Commission, however, requests for Commission action must be submitted in accordance with OAC 725:1-9-1.
