SECTION 725:1-3-1. Director as chief executive officer

(a) The Director of the Department will be appointed in accordance with the provisions of 74 O.S., Section 2206 and is considered the Appointing Authority for the Department. The Director of the Department is commonly referred to as the Executive Director.
(b) The Department shall be organized in the manner prescribed by statute and OAC 725:1-3-2.
