SECTION 725:1-5-5. Rates for document copying, mechanical reproduction, search charges and transcript charges

- (a) The Chief Financial Officer shall periodically review and appropriately publish rates that will be charged for providing document copies and mechanical reproductions. Published rates will also include search and transcript rates.(b) Printed rate sheets will be maintained and may be requested as described in OAC 725:1-5-4(b)(1) through OAC 725:1-5-4(b)(3).
