SECTION 725:15-1-1. Purpose

The rules of this Chapter have been adopted for the purpose of complying with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, 75 O.S., Section 250 et seq. This Chapter provides the rules which have general applicability throughout the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department in the areas of fiscal, personnel and general operations. Rules specific to the Divisions of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department are contained in other Chapters of this Title.
