SECTION 725:15-11-2. Criteria

(a) Any reclassification or promotion which results in a ten percent (10%) raise or more must have Commission approval in advance of processing.
(b) A Commissioner will be assigned by the Chairman to work with the department Personnel Office and will provide preliminary observations of these actions with the understanding that final approval must wait the full Commission action.
