SECTION 725:15-13-3. New construction

Latest version.

(a) Architects, engineers, and in-house staff, responsible for the design, planning and development of Department operated facilities shall use the latest version of both 61 O.S., Section 11 and 43 CFR Part 17 as they apply to this policy.
(b) In addition to (a) of this Section, the department will prepare and distribute for use, design criteria in accordance with the above referenced regulations as they apply to the recreation industry in Oklahoma.
