SECTION 725:15-19-10. Control and accountability

- (a) The Department may require the recipient to provide records, receipts and other material for the purpose of auditing the project. All such financial records should be retained for a period of not less than three (3) years after the completion of the project.(b) For project involving construction of facilities, periodic site inspections of the work may be performed by the Department.(c) Any and all records, receipts or other material regarding a project which are retained by recipient will be provided to the Department upon written request.
