SECTION 725:15-19-3. Eligibility

Latest version.

  Under this program, entities eligible to receive funds shall include the following:
(1)   Local governments
(2)   County or Regional governmental entities
(3)   Chambers of Commerce
(4)   School Districts
(5)   Organizations and Associations which are bonafide nonprofit corporations, recognized by the State of Oklahoma and the federal government under the provisions of the I.R.S. code.
(6)   or other entities approved by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.
