SECTION 725:15-3-2. Definitions

The following words or terms when used in this Subchapter shall have the following meaning unless context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Facility" means any operating unit so designated within the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (i.e., Roman Nose State Park, Western Hills Lodge, etc.).
"Guest/Patron" means any person (including employees) who purchase goods and/or services from a state facility.
"Overnight Guest" means any person staying overnight in a park or lodge guest room, cabin or campground and is duly registered and paying for the services provided at the approved rate.
