SECTION 725:15-3-4. Cashing of checks

Latest version.

Facilities do not maintain sufficient funds to cash checks, therefore no checks will be cashed for anyone other than an overnight guest of a park or lodge. The overnight guest may cash one personal check not to exceed $50.00 with the approval of the facility manager or designee. Each check cashed will be noted on the guest folio or registration ticket.
