SECTION 725:15-3-5. Information necessary

Latest version.

  Before acceptance or cashing any check, the following information shall be entered on the reverse side of the check if not preprinted on the front:
(1)   Residence or business address, city, state, and telephone number,
(2)   Current driver's license number.
