SECTION 725:15-31-2. Refunds for payments made by credit card

Latest version.

(a) If the original payment was made using a credit card, whenevever possible, refunds of such payments will be made by issuing a credit against the credit card used to make the purchase.
(b) Time limits established for notification of cancellation in Part 3 and Part 7 of this Subchapter apply to payments made by credit card.
