SECTION 725:15-33-13. Application form

(a) The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department shall make an application form in accordance with the Act and Administrative Rules contained in Subchapter 33.
(b) A copy of the form of application may be inspected, copied or obtained at the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department Office during regular business hours and is available at https://otrd.travelok.com.
