74 O.S., Section 500.18 (B)(5) authorizes reimbursement of actual and necessary travel, subsistence, and entertainment expenses incurred by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission and Department staff who promote in-state and out-of-state business to Oklahoma's state-operated parks and lodges and the tourism and recreation industry.
