SECTION 725:15-7-2. Employment

(a) It is the policy and practice of the Department of Tourism and Recreation to refrain from hiring family members, to the third degrees in all directions, of any individual occupying a supervisory or managerial position with the agency.
(b) Any authorized hiring of an employee spouse must obtain prior approval of the Executive Director and there must exist sufficient duties necessary to warrant such employment.
