SECTION 725:30-22-1. Purpose and authority

(a) The purpose of this subchapter shall be to define the process in which Concession Leases located upon Department property are examined, competitively bid, awarded and ultimately leased.
(b) In accordance with state law, the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department is authorized to lease lands and facilities for the promoting of the public use of parks.
