SECTION 725:30-29-8. Setting price and fees for commodities and services provided by lodges

- (a) The Executive Director and the Director of State Parks shall periodically approve and appropriately publish a schedule of rates for all regularly offered items such as those on restaurant and banquet menus. In addition, fees will be established for any common service rendered by the state lodges such as, but not limited to, baggage handling and set-up and clean-up charges.(b) Such rates and fees will be based on the following considerations:(1) The amount determined that will result in improved financial condition for the Division of State Parks, and(2) The prices, fees, or other charges for similar commodities and services then prevailing in the State of Oklahoma.
