  •   The CEO shall assign the supplier's appeal to an Administrative Law Judge who shall be a licensed attorney retained by the Authority.The Administrative Law Judge shall review the appeal for legal authority and jurisdiction. If legal authority and jurisdictional requirements are met, the Administrative Law Judge shall conduct an administrative hearing and provide proposed findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a proposed order to the CEO.The CEO shall determine a final order and send written notice of the final order sustaining or denying the supplier's appeal to the parties. The cost of actions necessary for the Authority to process a supplier's appeal, together with any other expenses incurred by the Authority due to the appeal, shall be paid by the Authority.
