SECTION 752:11-7-11. Adopted codes

Latest version.

The Authority construction projects shall comply with all applicable codes adopted by the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal, current at the time the project is initiated; codes adopted by the Construction and Properties Department, OMES, as identified at OAC 260:65-5-4 and OAC 260:65-5-5; and any other additional codes as required, including but not limited to, for example, the Americans with Disabilities Act and related standards.
