SECTION 752:11-7-4. Modifications/withdrawal of bids

Bids may be modified or withdrawn up to the time set for bid opening. Modification notices or withdrawal instructions may be sent by registered mail or delivered in person. Appropriate identification reflecting the authority of the bearer to modify or withdraw a bid must be presented. A bid to be withdrawn shall not be opened and shall be returned upon request of the bidder at the conclusion of the bid opening.
