SECTION 753:11-3-3. Formal or Informal Competitive Solicitations ($5,000 - $50,000)

(a)   The Trust shall solicit or otherwise obtain prices and delivery dates by mail, telephone, facsimile, or by electronic commerce and shall prepare written evaluation criteria to be considered in selection of the supplier.
(b)   The Trust shall provide the specifications, terms, and conditions for the acquisition to each supplier selected for notification.
(c)   All awards shall be based on lowest and best or Best Value criteria (74 O.S. § 85.7(B)). Documentation of prices, delivery dates, and the evaluation shall be placed in the acquisition file.
(d)   Based on the complexity of the solicitation, the Trust may require a formal competitive solicitation, up to and including sealed solicitation.
