SECTION 765:37-5-4. Inspections

The Commission may conduct inspections of manufactured home installations at random or systematically, as required, to verify compliance by the installer with installation standards.

EDITOR’S NOTE: This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new section, the text is no longer effective.
