SECTION 775:10-3-8.3. Provisional License

- (a) The Board may, within its discretion, issue a provisional license with such restrictions and limitations as the Board deems appropriate.(b) Qualifications. Candidates for a provisional license must fulfill the following criteria:(1) Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in another jurisdiction.(2) Completion of application and payment of all fees.(3) The provisional license to practice will not exceed a period of 60 days in any 12-month period.(4) Candidates are required to take and pass the Oklahoma Jurisprudence examination before issuance of the provisional license.
