SECTION 775:10-7-8. Complaint against the veterinary technician

  • (a)   A complaint against a registered veterinary technician shall be sworn to and submitted in writing to the Secretary of the Board. It shall contain sufficient facts to enable the Board to properly dispose of the matter.
    (b)   A sworn complaint submitted to the Board shall be reviewed by the Board. If the Board determines that the complaint does not warrant formal action, it shall close the case. If the Board determines that disciplinary action may be appropriate, a hearing shall be held in accordance with the laws of the Oklahoma Veterinary Practice Act.
