SECTION 785:20-11-5. Impairment of water rights

Any person having a right to the use of water from a stream as defined in 82 O.S. 1981, §105.1, or this Chapter, whose right is impaired by the act or acts of another or others may bring suit in the district court of any county in which any of the acts complained of occurred.
