SECTION 800:25-17-4. Poisons

- (1) Prairie dog control with poisons shall not be permitted in any area until adequate determinations by qualified personnel are made that black-footed ferrets do not exist within a five mile radius of the proposed control area.(2) Permits for the use of poisons may not be issued by the Wildlife Department to reduce prairie dogs in any county to fewer than 1000 prairie dogs.
