SECTION 800:25-30-4. Landowner responsibilities

- The following are the responsibilities of the landowner and/or operator in carrying out wildlife depredation control measures:(1) Provide information and assistance as needed to complete the investigation.(2) Implement non-lethal abatement procedures if recommended and economically feasible.(3) Assume full responsibility and liability to carry out control permit if authorized and provide information as may be required by the Department that shall include:(A) Tagging the animal and recording pertinent data before the animal is removed.(B) Disposing of animal as authorized by the permit.(C) Submit reports as required within 10 working days of permit expiration.(4) Permittee failure to comply with permit provisions may result in the revoking of the permit or denial of another permit upon expiration.
