SECTION 800:25-34-4. Proposal submission

- (a) Proposals must include the name of the organization making the request, and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of those members of the organization who are coordinating the proposal. A copy of the organization's articles of incorporation or by-laws should also be included along with other pertinent information to address the selection criteria listed above. The proposal must be signed, dated and notarized by the president and treasurer of the organization, or their equivalents. Individuals or corporations must submit information as nearly feasible to the above criteria and requirements.(b) Proposals for the auctioning of special permit(s) shall be submitted by sealed bid to the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, P.O. Box 53465, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73152 by December 20 of the year preceding the year the permit is to be used, or at any other appropriate deadline preauthorized and advertized by the Commission. The Commission shall review all proposals and announce approved proposal(s) at the January Commission meeting, unless otherwise preauthorized. Following approval of the proposal(s), the Commission shall establish open season dates, open areas, and license requirements, if necessary. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Unless specified in the proposal, the Commission may designate the expenditure of the fund for any purpose for which the Commission is authorized.
