SECTION 800:25-37-8. Exemptions

Latest version.

(a) ODWC employees are exempt from all SCGP requirements while they are on duty.
(b) U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services employees will be exempt from the permit requirements when on duty when specifically authorized by the ODWC.
