EDITOR’S NOTE: This emergency action expired on 3-9-97, pursuant to the expiration date stated by the agency in the preamble of the emergency rule document approved by the Governor, as published at 14 Ok Reg 391. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the text of the Section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 3-10-97 (after the 3-9-97 expiration of the emergency action), the text of Section 800:25-5-10 was no longer effective, and remained as such until added by permanent action on 7-25-97.
