SECTION 810:15-3-2. Applicability of 2012 workers' compensation fee schedule

(a)   The Oklahoma workers' compensation fee schedule developed and adopted by the Workers' Compensation Court Administrator effective January 1, 2012 for health care services and supplies rendered on and after that date to an injured employee for a compensable work-related injury (the "2012 fee schedule"), shall remain in full force and effect, unless and until superseded by a fee schedule that is adopted by the Commission and approved by the Oklahoma Legislature, in accordance with 85A O.S., § 50(H), or as otherwise provided by law. Specific provisions contained in the AWCA as implemented in this Chapter take precedence over any conflicting provision adopted by or utilized in the 2012 fee schedule with respect to injuries occurring on and after February 1, 2014. (b)   The 2012 fee schedule may be viewed at the Commission's main offices and is available on the Commission's website at http://www.wcc.ok.gov.
