SECTION 86:10-29-5. Cooperation with investigations

LPCs and Candidates shall cooperate when Board staff, Complaint Committee members, and/or investigators make inquiries concerning a RFI made against them. Failure to cooperate is grounds for further disciplinary action under the Act and/or Rules.
