SECTION 86:16-13-4. Method of payment

Latest version.

Any remittance submitted to the Department in payment of a required fee may be in the form of a cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Payment of fees may be made by credit card or other electronic means, if acceptable by the Department. Any check returned to the Department for non-payment may result in expiration or suspension of license.
