SECTION 90:15-9-7. Assignment of applications to pool registers

- (b) Each applicant must indicate the pool or pools from which it is requesting an allocation and the application must include a statement from the applicant's bond counsel that the project or program is eligible for an allocation from the requested pool or pools.(c) The State Bond Advisor shall make no independent determination of an applicant's eligibility under federal or state law. The State Bond Advisor may consult with the Oklahoma Attorney General concerning an applicant's eligibility.(d) Each application for an allocation of the state ceiling shall be placed on appropriate register(s).(e) An application for an allocation from any pool may not exceed the amount available in that pool. However, where permitted by law, a project or program application may be recorded on more than one pool register.
