SECTION 92:10-11-1. General provisions

- (a) In addition to Subchapter 1, except paragraphs, 92:10-1-4 (5), 92:10-1-5 (d), Subchapter 3, except paragraphs, 92:10-3-1, 92:10-3-2, 92:10-3-6, 92:10-3-7, 92:10-3-8, 92:10-3-11 (b), and Subchapter 5, except paragraphs, 92:10-5-1, 92:10-5-3, 92:10-5-4, 92:10-5-5, 92:10-5-10, 92:10-5-12, 92:10-5-14, 92:10-5-15, all mixed martial arts events shall comply with this Subchapter.(b) The Commission hereby adopts the current rules and guidelines of the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC) for issuance of identification cards, suspension of licenses, and reporting event results. Any amendment to the rules and guidelines of the ABC in the above stated areas shall be deemed adopted by the Commission by reference unless the Commission takes affirmative action to the contrary.(c) This subchapter shall apply to amateur mixed martial arts events.
