Editor's Note: Numerous rules in this Chapter were added or revised by the Oklahoma State Department of Health in 2007. However, after these rules, as identified below, had been promulgated in the Oklahoma Register and published in the 2007 OAC Supplement, the Department discovered that an earlier draft of the rules, which had NOT been adopted by the State Board of Health, had been inadvertently submitted to the Legislature, Governor, and Secretary of State for review, final adoption, and promulgation [see 24 Ok Reg 2030, effective 6-25-07]: 310:675-1-2310:675-7-5.1310:675-7-12.1310:675-7-17.1310:675-7-18.1310:675-7-21310:675-9-13.1310:675-13-7310:675-21-1 through 310:675-21-5Appendix B Upon discovery of this error, the agency initiated another rulemaking action, and the rules were readopted in 2008.
