Editor's Note: Effective 8-24-12, the Committee for Incentive Awards for State Employees, which had previously been "created within the Office of Personnel Management" [74 O.S.2011, § 4112], was placed under the Office of Management and Enterprise Services [Laws 2012, c. 304, § 1015], following legislation in 2011 that consolidated the Office of Personnel Management, along with three other agencies, into the Office of Management and Enterprise Services [Laws 2011, c. 302].
