Editor's Note: Effective 8-26-11, the authority for promulgating the rules in this Subchapter 29 was transferred to the Insurance Department from the Oklahoma State Department of Health [see Laws 2011, c. 278 and c. 360]. The Insurance Department promulgated emergency rules on 9-12-11 [see 29 Ok Reg 16], and subsequently superseded the emergency rules with permanent rules in this Subchapter 29 [365:10-29-1 through 365:10-29-10] on 7-14-12. The Department of Health later revoked its rules at OAC 310:658 (Independent Review Organization Certification Rules), effective 9-12-14.
