Agency Note: Sections 710:95-9-1 through 710:95-9-5 were initially added by emergency action on 2-23-01, and expired on the designated date of 9-1-01. Thereafter, these Sections were promulgated through permanent rulemaking, with modifications in conformity with Laws 2001, c. 295, § 1, and became effective 5-25-02.
