SECTION 135:10-22-2. Appointment of members

- The Commission shall appoint the members of the Child Abuse Training and Coordinating Council. Members shall be appointed for a two-year term and until a successor is appointed. State agency representatives shall be nominated by the agency's director. All other positions shall be filled by obtaining no more than three nominations with resumes from the entities identified at 63 O.S. § 1-227.9. The Commission may reject any and all nominations. If the Commission rejects the nominations submitted, then the nominating entity shall provide new nominations for the Commission's consideration. Members may be renominated and reappointed for unlimited successive terms.
