SECTION 150:1-1-3. Deputy

The Director shall appoint a deputy who shall perform duties of the Director as requested by the Director. If the office of the Director is vacant or if the Director is absent or unable to act, the deputy shall be the acting Director for all purposes until the Director resumes duties or the successive Director is fully qualified. The deputy may sign all documents on behalf of the Director, except those specifically required to be signed by the Director by law.
