SECTION 150:1-11-13. Objections

(a) Any party aggrieved by a report may submit motions and briefs to the Director objecting within ten (10) days of the date of issuance of the report. The Director will reconsider the report of the hearing examiner in light of the written objections.
(b) In any event, the Executive Director shall determine whether or not whether to grant the application objecting to the report within sixty days (60) and issue a final order.
