SECTION 150:15-3-2. Funding categories

(a)   The annual allocation of program funds made available to the State will be divided into various categories as determined by the Executive Director.
(b)   The amount of the annual allocation devoted to a funding category will be determined by the Executive Director of the Department after the federally required public hearing and will be set out in the annual State Plan.
(c)   The State Plan and/or application packets shall be made available to eligible applicants and interested parties on a request basis. Requests for the State Plan and/or application packets should be directed to the Department.
