SECTION 150:75-1-7. Administrative hearings

(a) Any organization that believes it has been aggrieved by a denial or revocation of incubator certification and designation as a sponsor thereof by the Department may request, in writing, an administrative hearing pursuant to the provisions regarding individual proceedings, 150:1 -11 -1 et. seq. of the Department's General Rules of Practice and Procedure.
