SECTION 150:75-1-8. Additional information and on-site inspections

(a) The Department may request additional information from organizations seeking incubator certification, incubator tenants, directors, staff, or other program participants. Failure to provide such information may be grounds for denial of certification.
(b) The Department shall have the right to conduct on-site evaluations as deemed necessary.
