SECTION 160:50-15-1.4. License reinstatement

The Administrator may reinstate suspended licenses or issue new licenses to an owner whose license or licenses have been revoked if the Administrator finds that the owner meets the registration requirements then in effect and if the Administrator finds the circumstances for which the license was suspended or revoked no longer exists.
