ExecOrder 1:1959-1. |

By virtue of the authority vested in me by law it is hereby ordered that the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission be placed under the merit system of personnel administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O. S. Supp. 1959 Sections 801-819 inclusive), and the rules and regulations -promulgated thereunder by the State Personnel Board. It is further ordered that the following personnel in the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall be exempt from this order: Members of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission; members of the advisory counsels; members of unemployment compensation appeals tribunals representing employer and employee interests; members of the Board of Review.
