By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation be placed under the Merit System of Personnel Administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act (74 O.S. Supp. 1959, Sections 801-819 inclusive), and the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder by the State Personnel Board. It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: The Director, his Chief Deputy and the Director's personal secretary.
