Executive Order 2019-14  
I, J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the power and authority vested in me by Sections 1 and 2 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution, hereby direct all "state agencies," as defined by 61 O.S. § 327(A),  1   to, by December 31 annually, review their inventories of State-owned real property assets and dispose of any underutilized property to generate revenue for State government operations, reduce expenditures, and return real property to local tax rolls.
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby directed to assist State agencies with the disposal of underutilized real property assets in accordance with Section 327 of Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
This Executive Order shall be forwarded to all members of the Governor's Cabinet who shall cause the provisions of this Order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of State government.
